In order to meet the challenges and win the dominance in the various marketing and the aggressive competition as well as the daily advancing technology, we have been keeping all manufacturing resources in highly flexible assignment, such as continuing multi-ability education for all human resources, continuing research of automatic equipment for manufacturing and QA system. 
All members of Rubbertek have been taking in mind the four concepts as following and act in accordance with the stated policy and the requirements of our customers ,such as quality, delivery and service, etc.
